Do you like scrolling through the Telegram channels? Are you keen on twitting and texting? Is communication on social media your piece of cake? Then you are welcome to our Social Stream team!
About the role:
Informal communication with users via Social Media, processing of users’ requests via tickets, proactive interaction with CEX.IO (http://cex.io/) Telegram communities.
Shift with the 8h working day via next schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, with rotation per week 9 am, 10 am, and 1 pm.
- fluent in English (verbal and written);
- excellent communication skills;
- 1 year of experience in customer support or sales environment preferably with clients from all over the world;
- community management experience will be a plus (on Telegram, Facebook, or Twitter).
Nice to have:
- familiarity with ticketing systems (like Zendesk);
- Tech or Philology Degree is preferable.
- this is a full-time position;
